1. Controller and scope

Chengdu Youyizhituantuan Technology Co., Ltd. is the operator of SlickRizz and controller of the personal information described here. Personal information is information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to a person.

2. Information collected

You may provide an email address, account and profile information, text, chat screenshots, photos, instructions, text extracted from images (OCR), generated content and task records. We also process payment orders, amounts and statuses, subscription and credit records, and support communications. We automatically collect IP addresses, device, operating system, browser and language information, operations, visits, requests, error logs, cookies and similar technical data. Third-party login information is obtained according to your authorization. Payments are processed by external payment providers; we do not store full card numbers or CVV security codes.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process information to perform our contract and provide requested generation tasks, manage accounts and credits, handle support, billing and refunds, and send necessary service notices. Depending on applicable law, processing also relies on consent, legal obligations or legitimate interests in service security, fraud prevention and necessary usage statistics. Legitimate interests do not replace consent where consent is required. Marketing requires the applicable consent. We process information as required for lawful regulatory and legal obligations. De-identified data that can still identify a person remains protected; only genuinely anonymous information falls outside personal information rules.

4. AI providers and submitted content

We use OpenAI and Google, which provides Gemini, for necessary AI tasks, including generation and OCR. According to your request, we transmit only the minimum inputs and other data necessary to complete the task, subject to applicable provider agreements. Submit information about others only with the necessary rights, authorization or other lawful basis and avoid unnecessary sensitive data. We do not sell personal information or use your chats, screenshots or photos to train our own models or for marketing. We do not guarantee that third parties will never use data for training; their applicable API terms, privacy policies and agreements govern their processing. 5. Cookies and Google Analytics

Necessary cookies support login, security and preferences. We use Google Analytics for website statistics; depending on configuration and your choices, it may process visits, device identifiers and interaction data. Where required by law, we obtain consent before nonessential cookies or tracking. Manage cookies through your browser or email us for assistance; limiting necessary cookies may affect functionality. 6. Sharing and disclosure

We share only necessary information with providers for AI, servers, storage, authentication, email, payments, support and statistics, including OpenAI, Google/Gemini, Google Analytics and Spaceship server services. Each receives only what its role requires, not access to all information. We may disclose necessary information for lawful regulatory requests, legal obligations or protection of security and rights. If information is transferred during a merger, acquisition or reorganization, we provide required notice and require continued protection or obtain any necessary new consent. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain personal information only as necessary for its purposes, not indefinitely. On the 7th day after account closure, we delete the account and associated content, including applicable backups. Records required for transactions, tax, disputes or other legal obligations are retained only for the necessary or statutory period, restricted to those purposes and not used for marketing, and deleted when that period ends. Other chats, screenshots, support records and logs are kept for necessary periods and remain subject to the account-closure rule.

Photos follow shorter deadlines. Selecting a photo keeps it in your browser; it is uploaded only when you click Generate, and leaving without generating does not upload it. Original photos are deleted no later than 24 hours from upload, and earlier when the task completes, fails or terminates. Generated results are deleted 24 hours after generation completes. Backups inherit the corresponding deletion deadlines; creating, copying or restoring a backup does not restart the clock. Files you download and copies on external platforms are managed by you or those platforms.

8. Security and incidents

We use reasonable measures for secure transmission, access controls and monitoring to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage is absolutely secure; protect your credentials and choose submissions carefully. If a personal information incident occurs, we take remedial measures and notify affected people and authorities within applicable legal deadlines when required.

9. Your rights and response time

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction, object to processing, withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing, and complain to a competent regulator. Email support@slickrizz.com to exercise these rights. We may reasonably verify your identity and authority. In principle, we respond within one month of receiving the request, or sooner where law requires. If a lawful extension is necessary, we explain the reason and expected response date before the original deadline. Cancelling a subscription, closing an account and requesting a refund are separate actions.

10. Marketing choices

Marketing emails require your affirmative consent where applicable and are not a condition of basic service. Each marketing email offers an unsubscribe option; you may also withdraw consent by emailing us. Necessary billing, refund, renewal, security and policy notices may continue. We do not use chats, screenshots or photos for marketing profiles.

11. International transfers

Information may be processed across borders where laws differ. Where required, we provide information about transfers, obtain consent, conduct assessments and use contractual or other lawful safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. The required mechanism depends on the transfer and applicable law.

12. Adults only

SlickRizz is for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn of such information, we investigate and delete it as appropriate, except records legally required to be retained. Contact us if you believe a minor has provided information.

13. External services and policy changes

External links and independently provided services have their own policies; providers acting on our behalf do not relieve us of our obligations. For material policy changes, we notify you through your registered email and the website at least 14 days before they take effect, or earlier if law requires a longer period. We obtain any separately required consent; continued use alone is not treated as that consent.
